Every morning before dawn, while parents head to the barns to care for the horses that power New York’s racing industry, children arrive at Anna House and Faith’s House, safe and nurturing places where learning and opportunity begin.
The Belmont Child Care Association, Inc. (BCCA) provides high-quality early childhood education, after-school enrichment, and tutoring for the children of backstretch workers at Belmont Park, Aqueduct Racetrack, and Saratoga Race Course.
From infants just six weeks old to school-age students ready to take on new challenges, every child who walks through our doors is building a stronger foundation for the future.

Educate to Elevate
BCCA inspires a love of learning in every child and we are proud to see our students achieve accolades in school. Many are on the honor roll, identified as leaders in their classrooms, and highlighted for their mutual respect of tolerance and diversity.
After graduating from Anna House in June 2025, Angel (pictured) tested so well that he skipped kindergarten and entered 1st grade in September 2025. Only a few weeks into the school year, he is already shining, scoring 100% on his math test. This remarkable achievement is a true reflection of his hard work and readiness, and we are so proud of him!

BCCA proudly supports graduates through the BCCA College Scholarship, established to help our students reach their dreams after years of learning at Anna House and Faith’s House.
Jonathan has thrived in the Thoroughbred racing industry since he graduated from high school. He was recognized with the 2022 Godolphin Newcomer Award, and today he is working at both Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course as an assistant trainer under trainer Mark Casse.
Xochilt is a junior at Northeastern University, pursuing a degree in civil engineering with a concentration in transportation. She is excelling in Fluid Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering, and Concrete Structure Design while preparing for a spring co-op to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Andres is a sophomore at SUNY Purchase where he is pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications.
