Think BIG for BCCA
You really can’t put a price on giving
a child a great start in life!
Anna House at Belmont Park and Faith’s House at Saratoga Race Course have become invaluable resources for the backstretch families as parents are able to head to work in the early morning hours knowing that their children are in a safe, supportive, and academically inspiring environment. In 2021, BCCA welcomed Faith’s House to the family which completed our dream of providing our children with an educational and academically inspiring program during the summer race meet at Faith’s House and year-round at Anna House.
As BCCA continues to combat the annual rising costs of operating two child care centers and providing scholarships for our children, we continue to search for new funding sources in an effort to provide innovative programs and services for the backstretch families at Belmont Park, Aqueduct Race Track, and Saratoga Race Course.
“Faith’s House fulfills the vision of offering quality child care wherever the horses are running, 365 days a year. It provides parents with peace of mind while they work and keeps families supported and together all year long.”
The Future is Bright
If you dream BIG, you can do BIG things!
BCCA, now in its third decade of operation, follows the long-term effects of providing a foundation for educational success. We are so proud to see our earliest graduates achieve BIG things using the tools that they acquired at Anna House and Faith’s House.
Steven completed 6ᵗʰ grade and he has just entered middle school. Last year, he received awards for excellent achievement in Science, Math, and History, the Let’s Make a Difference award for mentorship, and the Public Service and Youth Leadership Award from the New York State Senate.
Jazmin, now in 8ᵗʰ grade, is a proud graduate of both our early childhood and school-age programs. She continues to shine both academically and personally. What makes us especially proud is her dedication to giving back! Whether volunteering at events or lending a helping hand to younger students, Jazmin embodies the values of care, responsibility, and community that she first learned at Anna House. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and the role model that she has become as we recognized her as BCCA’s 2025 Volunteer of the Year.

our enrichment programs.
BCCA’s Integrated Arts Program offers courses in music, visual and performing arts, dance, and storytelling at Anna House and Faith’s House. These programs help to stimulate and develop imagination and critical thinking for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Our program was developed to expand the language, motor, and social skills of all of our students, as we focus on instilling a love of art from a very young age.
Language Development: Music helps to develop language skills by introducing songs and stories in English that encourage our students to sing and act along with instructors.
Self-Expression: All forms of art help to develop peer communication and the ability to appropriately express emotions.
Discipline: Dance gives our students another opportunity to express themselves artistically.
Be Transformative
Your support of our programs enables
us to Be Transformative!
Our one-of-a-kind charity is changing lives at the race track every day as we continue to expand our programs to better serve our families through innovative learning.
Science Saturday! Our students participated in The Rockefeller University’s RockEDU Science Outreach program where Rockefeller scientists led interactive demonstrations in engineering, chemistry, life sciences, medicine, neuroscience, and more for grades K–8. Students also designed and built robots from everyday materials, combining creativity with early engineering skills.
BCCA Blooms: Nourishing Mind · Nourishing Body · Nourishing Family is an initiative designed to address the multidimensional needs of backstretch families. By concentrating on education, nutrition, and strengthening family bonds, we strive to provide our families with the resources necessary for a bright and healthy future. Our commitment extends beyond child care, as we support the entire family through holistic programming.
Extraordinary Things Happen Here
We believe that every child is capable of
being extraordinary every day!
BCCA inspires a love of learning in every child and we are proud to see our students achieve accolades in school. Many are on the honor roll, identified as leaders in their classrooms, and highlighted for their mutual respect of tolerance and diversity.
After graduating from Anna House in June 2025, Angel (pictured) tested so well that he skipped kindergarten and entered 1ˢᵗ grade in September 2025. Only a few weeks into the school year, he is already shining, scoring 100% on his math test. This remarkable achievement is a true reflection of his hard work and readiness, and we are so proud of him!
“The only place happier than the Winner’s Circle is Anna House and Faith’s House, where lives are uplifted and families thrive every day.”

BCCA College Scholarships
BCCA inspires our children to reach for the stars! As our students Dream Big, and after over 20 years of operation, BCCA can now track the long-term effects of providing our students with the foundation for educational success from an early age. To ensure our students remain supported, and encouraged in their pursuit of higher education, we established the BCCA College Scholarship in 2023.
Jonathan has thrived in the Thoroughbred racing industry since he graduated from high school. He was recognized with the 2022 Godolphin Newcomer Award, and today he is working at both Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course as an assistant trainer under trainer Mark Casse.
Xochilt is a junior at Northeastern University, pursuing a degree in civil engineering with a concentration in transportation. She is excelling in Fluid Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering, and Concrete Structure Design while preparing for a spring co-op to gain hands-on experience in the field.

BCCA looks forward to assisting many more of our
graduates as they pursue their dreams!
Change the first five years of a child’s life
and you change everything!
“Thank God my children have good foundations from Anna House. Just like a building, if the foundation is not good,
the building goes down. Everything starts from the beginning of life. Thank you to BCCA.
We have all contributed a grain of sand to the growth of my children.”
- Maria Jose, Women’s Literacy Ambassador
