A Dino-mite Discovery at Anna House

The children at Anna House took a journey millions of years into the past

as they became paleontologists for the day!

Our little explorers learned about incredible prehistoric creatures and discovered

how paleontologists study fossils to learn more about life long ago.

Using special “digging clay,” the children carefully made impressions of their favorite dinosaurs,

creating their very own fossils to take home.

Through this engaging activity, the children had the opportunity to learn about dinosaurs

while developing their observation, creativity, and fine motor skills.

Working with the clay allowed them to experience the process of making fossil impressions firsthand, turning learning into an adventure and encouraging them

to ask questions, get curious, and learn through doing.
