SOL KUMIN

Vice President

Sol Kumin is Co-President of Leucadia Asset Management LLC. Prior to Leucadia, Kumin was CEO of Folger Hill Asset Management, which merged with Schonfeld Securities in 2018. Previously, he worked at SAC Capital Advisors for 10 years, serving as Chief Operating Officer for the last five. Kumin also worked at Sanford Bernstein and Lazard Asset Management.

Kumin currently serves as a director on the board of Starwood Property Trust (“STWD”). He also serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, the Trust Board at Boston Children’s Hospital, and Team Impact in Quincy, MA. He is currently serving as Chairman of the U.S. Lacrosse Foundation Board and is a member of the Johns Hopkins University Lacrosse Advisory Board, as well as the Tewaaraton Foundation Board of Directors.

Kumin holds a BA in political science from Johns Hopkins University.
